Cheap Dyson DC25 Ball All-Floors Upright Vacuum Cleaner

I've found this vacuum to be very well made. As others have mentioned, it _is_ made out of plastic, but it's kind of like the difference between the plastics in a Ford Escort vs the plastics in a Lexus. It's still plastic, but there's obviously a tremendous difference in quality.
Having just done some remodeling in my house, there was dust everywhere, and I was a bit skeptical that any vacuum could do a really good job, but the Dyson really did do very well. It is very easy to use and maneuver, and as others have said, the cord is definitely too short--but that's a very minor gripe. If you are the kind of person who appreciates well designed and well made products (Apple vs Dell, Sony vs Samsung, etc etc), you will really like this machine.
