I read all the reviews online before purchasing the Dyson DC25. The reviews were "right on." This is a great vacuum. The ball technology makes vacuuming much easier. It's not bulky like some of the other Dyson's we looked at. I give it two thumbs up and we got a good deal on Amazon.com.
