Cheap Dyson DC25 Ball All-Floors Upright Vacuum Cleaner

I had a Eureka upright that was rated very highly in Consumer Reports. Hated it almost from day one. After much frustration with it, today was the final straw and I threw it out and went and bought the Dyson DC25. I just finished using it and I am very happy with my choice. It is easy to use, goes along carpet edges where it meets wooden floors, has a good amount of suction, without picking up corners of rugs in the process, and, passes the acid test (in my mind) which is...PICKING UP KITTY LITTER!! We have only one cat, but she somehow manages to deposit litter in the oddest places. Collects it in her furry little feet, I guess. The cleaning wand and attachments work well, emptying the canister is easy (no more messy bags...YAY!) and everything stays together.
