I read all the reviews raving about how easy this vacuum is to maneuver for people with bad backs so I bought it. It is no easier to push than my old one -- but it really cleans like crazy. I had vacuumed my living room twice - with 2 different vacuums - then filled the bin with one pass of the Dyson.
